OP FieldGrade Campfire Ranger Joined: Sep 2012 Posts: 18,243 North Central Idaho	I thought about a 7.62 but since they changed from 12 to 9 twist the 223 just made too much sense. CZ burned through their good wood pile about five years ago. The "battle rifle" has a little character but nothing like my 10+ year old 527 Fireball. It's amazing for a factory rifle.
