In Arkansas merging traffic has right of way. I know stupid, but it's the law. Don't know why.

Show me any actual Arkansas statute that says that. I have never seen or heard anything like that here. Would be greatly surprised if true.

In Pa. nobody ever has right-of-way.

The law only states who has to yield it.

If the other lane has to yeild, and can't/won't, you better not push your luck and hit them.
You will be charged if there are witnesses.

Really, as it should be. One can't always yield, without creating a dangerous situation on the traveled highway.
Our cities have a lot of short ramped cloverleafs and jughandles, in places with heavy traffic.
It's really fun in a loaded truck at rush hour.

Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

I’m leaving Denver tonight (storm allowing) after a trip west to Carbondale via TwinLakes, independence Pass, Aspen. Colorado drivers are azzholes for the majority, in my experienced two trips this summer 10 mph over the posted limit and some jerk in a RangeRover is riding my bumper???? I was with flowof traffic, and the cops were good with it as they were stopping no one. And that was just right lane! Possibly afraid to get out in it! 😬. My brother commonly refers to these types (not the cops) as “Aspen Azzholes”

That, but it also might be just some a-hole 'drafting' to get better gas mileage.. I've run into THAT a few times - especially when pulling the camper..

That's the kind of fair entertainment I would pay to see and maybe give it a try myself.
