How do you make an umlaut on a keyboard?? WIN key + r Type: charmap Pick oǔt the character yoǔ want to ǔse. Pick only 1. Click on it so it appears below in the "characters to copy" box. Hit copy bǔtton. Then, when typing on the fire, hit Ctrl + v to insert the ű.

I try not to make my problems someone else's problems 13 days doesnt sound like much of a problem to me. From when it was done til I get there. Sounds more like his problem and not mine. Unless there is a prior agreement stipulating differently...the man has done the work, pay him.
