Let me explain what is really going on here. The Dems are showcasing her for a run at Davidi Perdue's Senate seat in 2020. Under normal circumstances, Perdue would be safe, but the Dems are fired up over their near success at the governor's race, and in grabbing Ga's 5th District (on the second try) that they are rumored to have targeted Perdue with Abrams and will funnel enormous funds into the race. This SOTU rebuttal is to showcase her for fundraising purposes nationwide as an "up and coming star". Surprise ....
