The CDC is making law now and they decided to abolish private property rights. What we need is a damned powerful HOA. When you buy , you agree to the HOA terms..... this is way different. An unelected official has suspended private property rights and given it to the collective.... this is straight up Marxism. How about the CDC chunt decides guns are a health issue and suspends the 2nd My comment was completely tongue in cheek. Fugk the cdc and what they are doing. I understand.... I hate HOA's, hate Marxist, hate bureaucrats etc..... This is a much bigger deal than most realize....and I will not bust Dirt's balls for wanting to be made whole... his life's work is at risk

Three pages in and no one has pointed out the obvious?
Dr. Rochelle (((Walensky)))
Quite the pedigree with this one...
Check out Tucker's segment on her tonight. Has her dead to rights. Classic progressive liberal For Thee But Not For Me. Her and her husband are a couple of real winners. If you google-fu them, it's like the media is throwing flowers at their feet. Funny as hell. Bolsheviks - and their destructive lineage to their host country goes back generations.
Epstein didn't kill himself.
"Play Cinnamon Girl you Sonuvabitch!"
Biden didn't win the election.

Tucker is spot on. It is unconstitutional and Biden knows it, Congress knows it. Any of them that support it should be removed from office.

Great deal for the tenants! Free rent! What about the landlords? What if they need to repair the central air conditioning unit? That can cost $7,000. Maybe a roof needs repair or replacement, that can be more than an air conditioner. Where does the money come from for the landlord. If my tenants quit paying just because she said they could when I know they are still working I'd not be fixing the AC anytime soon, sorry can't afford it. I might even have to go remove the front door and send it to China to get that new paint job and give them some more airflow while the AC is down. Sometimes I regret selling most of my rentals a few years back but today is not one of those days. Not many little guys are going to be excited about buying a rental from here on out. Once again they are using covid to kill off the small businesses and middle class entrepreneurs so the fascist mega corps and the Marxists can take more control. We live in a representative republic so when it does something it does it on the tax payers behalf acting for them. If these representatives do something that unconstitutionaly deprives someone of their property I damn well expect the taxpayers be required to make that person whole. Otherwise we are just a kleptocracy. When the taxpayers get tired of the idiots representing them costing them with unconstitutional decisions they need to clean house and get better ones. Being able to do that seems like a pipe dream these days. I have no problem with people injured be the government demanding to be made whole its the opposite of socialism. It's defending the rights of the individual even if it costs the collective. That's not what happens in Marxism. Bb

So many socialists posing as “conservatives” In this thread. You guys are the problem. Hi AKPendude. Do you think the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution is socialist? You won't be getting an answer to that question. You'll get a disingenuous response.

What Gruff doesn't understand is that this is just ONE act of appropriation. The marxists will not stop here. If they can get away with this, the appropriation will not stop. Like you and a lot of other guys, I've worked my ass into the ground for the moderate success I've had. Tenants, cities, counties, insurance companies, inspectors, contractors, utilities, thieves, thugs - I've fought them all, endlessly and tirelessly.. And now it's an evil over-reaching Federal government. I've never had anything against Gruff. He seems well liked by a lot of people. But he's got it all wrong here. We may end up battling the commies from the same fighting hole together some day. Who knows.

In the modern era, it really started with the Clintons but Obama and now Biden have taken it to levels unknown in this era. But “it” is simply an attitude that they will do as they please until they are stopped. And if they aren’t stopped, they will keep it up. The law doesn’t matter. Nothing matters. And since Republicans refuse to use the tools they have, like say for instance the power of the purse when they had the majority and Obama was president, things move ever farther left.
It’s happened before. Lincoln did it, probably more than anyone. Both Roosevelts did it but FDR really got into it. But I would dare say that even in the case of being in a war like Lincoln was, there was more effective opposition in those days than we have now. And those men all seemed to be cults of personality and once those personalities were gone, things returned to more normal times. Now, it isn’t a personality, it’s just a grinding boot heel of government always grinding a little harder and twisting a little more.

Thought of this last night, is this another attempt to make Trump look bad? SC said the eviction moratorium was illegal. They then extend it anyway, but they all have someone else do it rather than put there name on it. Now SC comes again, most likely killing it again.
D's can then try the "See mean Trump put those bad judges on there and that's why we can't let him in control again"
