I [bleep] a 40x40 with a pistol just about identical to that back in 1985.

I prefer classic.

Less than 200. I haven’t checked the chamber. I have only shot the 30 or so cases I got with it a couple times. It was a spontaneous purchase . This is what it looked like before I had Orgun Gunsmithing refinish the stock and metal. Add a sling swivel stud and muzzle brake. I planed on hunting with it but haven’t got around to using it.

The case neck wall thickness on the brass I got with it is .011 . They have been turned.

The Cerakote, stud and stock refinishing ran me $475.00 .

This handgun was shot in the nationals in Texas with a different barrel back around 85.

Well, darn it all anyway - an XP100 in a center grip stock has been on my bucket list for a long time but I haven't found just the right one. Been drooling over this one since you posted it and it sounds like I should be able to neck up Lapua 22-250 brass (which seems to be readily available) to make 7mm IHMSA. I can no longer resist, so let's send it to Montana - PM incoming...
