Dude calmly parked, put down his coffee, grabbed his rifle, sighted in with his red dot, used the cruiser to brace himself, then downed an active shooter at 183 yards! Exactly how I felt when watching. That was how it is done!

I wonder if he was shooting FMJs. I'd sure prefer SPs. Most LE agencies use SP ammo, with Hornady TAP or the Federal Fusion offering being the primary ones. FMJ's just don't offer the performance most LE agencies require. Military combat has totally different requirements. Ed
