Kinda stuff that were I King, I'd question him on and suggest "maybe you shouldn't have?" Then forget about it. Prosecutors don't always see thing the same. Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

I have not sat in a restaurant without an optimal self defense position in 20+ years. Second nature anymore. Same with the ATM... or inside a bank... parking a car. Hell, I even carry when I go to the Doctor or Dentist. If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

A bleeding heart leftist might decide, however, that the extra shots while he was clearly down and incapacitated converted a good shoot into a murder because, who know, paramedics could have saved him before those last few shots, he could have been rehabilitated, gone to college, and cured cancer. But I think the shooter deserves the key to the city. He should definitely not report to the police.
