Russia is the one defending it's borders from NATO encroachment...is promises to not shove NATO up to it's borders this war would have never happened No, not exactly. 1) Russia violated a treaty they signed in 1994. 2) Russia has a NATO problem because Russia can't be trusted. And now Russia has a bigger NATO with Finland and Sweden signing on. Russia will be a POS, rabid, stray dog country until they get rid of Putin and get normal leadership in there. Putin has his subjects by the balls, though. The betrayal of Ukrainians in particular cannot be understated. In 1994, the Ukrainian government signed a memorandum that brought its country into the global Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty while formally relinquishing its status as a nuclear state. The text of that agreement stated that in exchange for the step, the “Russian Federation, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United States of America reaffirm their obligation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine.”

I support national borders, like the USA southern border, but those borders need defending, which the USA doesn't.
<I assume you refer to Ukraine borders, though I'd toss the USA border in for grins> So, if Mexico invaded with their military...should we fight them or just give up? Ok, I'll play a bit. Mexico pres said fentanyl is a US problem <though fentanyl is imported into USA across border from Mexico> therefore I'll characterize that as a subversive attack on USA. Mexico chooses to prevent it's citizens and other foreign nationals from crossing Mexico border into USA. I'll characterize that as a subversive attack on USA. Those two examples could be viewed as an attack of the USA. Team Brandon seems to do little to defend against those examples. Jcubed, all Ukraine had to do was follow through and honor the Minsk2 agreement and most likely the Russia/Ukraine special operation would not have happened. USA meddling made sure Minsk2 was ignored, and here we are. Yeah...Putin invaded a sovereign nation with the Ru military. Who here doesn't think a nation should be able to enforce their border? Russia is the one defending it's borders from NATO encroachment...is promises to not shove NATO up to it's borders this war would have never happened Are you serious? You literally are talking about defending borders, then in the next breath defend invading borders. Which do you support? This is funny. They support anybody that the current administration opposes. Putin, whatever. If it is critical of the current government, they support it.

Why do you think they used Russia as the scapegoat for the 2016 election. Our biggest fear should be the Chinese. The worst part is the collusion with China is so obvious that a blind man can see. This is waking me up to the Republicans being complacent, meaning they are no different than the dems. I wonder if the oath keepers will eventually become more vocal?

Poland is sending MiG 29s. Wonder if they have been modified to drop the JDAM-ERs that we sent to Ukraine? And one more WHOMP.

Wonder if they have been modified to drop the JDAM-ERs that we sent to Ukraine? Poland is sending four MIG 29s. It will be interesting to see if a Soviet era 4th generation fighter is up to the task of avoiding the S-400 anti aircraft system. At the beginning of the conflict Ukraine was in possession of 36 MIG 29s. haven't heard of any flying lately.

Ukraine MiG 29s have been doing SEAD sorties using USA HARMs for many months. And the Orcs don't have any S400s in Ukraine. And it's the first four. The rest are being prepped. JDAM-ER anybody? BOOM.

The Sukhois (SU-27 & 29’s) are not doing too good against the S-300 system that the Ukrainians are fielding.

So they have to cart them in somehow. According to a good source, the Russians do have S400s deployed defense systems in theatre.

BOOM. The Ukrainians will sell a JDAM to Russia just like they did the HIMARS system.
