This is a great looking rifle. I’m surprised this is still here. It’s been clicked on a bunch.

Im sure I’ll regret it, never been more excited to get a rifle than when I got this one. But I guess if it doesn’t fit the way I shoot then it won’t get the use it deserves.

I’ll do a photo shoot when I get back. There is no previous add. I have a weight fully loaded 9lbs 7.8 oz scoped slinged and 4 rds. That scope, as pictured, is a heavy pig. What is the bare weight of the rifle, without the scope? Why does it not "fit" your shooting style? Pretty sweet looking pre 64.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

I still like it. GLWS donsm70 I’m glad he kept the black light off, but I do as well. Nice rifle. Remember the question about a week ago, about the rear of the trigger guard? That picture shows the same thing that I've posted on some of these Mcmillan stocks. As for the weight, 7 1/4 pounds is not bad. A FWT bottom metal would reduce the weight, by a little, if anyone was too concerned. Those swirly stocks were known to be heavy. The pic is proof of that.

Those Mc Swirly’s must be pretty heavy. I’d have never guessed it weighed that much. My 30-06 with the same scope and mounts hits 8lbs on the nose.
