Nice bikes Dmc! I love those old xrs and xls. I started my riding days at 10 years of age on a brandamnew XR75 we somehow talked mom into buying. It was a bit much for a 10 year old but damn if I didn't become a scarred up hill climbing, jumping, speed demon on it! Interesting, my second bike after a Honda 50 monkey was a 1976 XR 75. That was freedom for a 12 year old kid. Bought it with yard mowing money. Dad didn't want me to get it, but it was my own money.

Hasn't been run for 30 years - Still looks great. - For Sale? That's an interesting bike. How many miles are on it? . . . . 9235 [9]

I wouldn't mind having a Cowasaki either, especially if it came with the rider.

Some newer ones. Mid 90’s Ducati 900 SS with some work done to it. Had a couple of Triumph triples in the late 90’s this one is the newer one. In my late 70’s now so I just back fondly of my 35 years of motorcycling.

That bike is responsible for countless hours of pure fun, smiles and my current obsession with bikes.

My 2000 Kawasaki W650. Damn! IIUC Kawasaki licensed the engineering drawings from BSA and did a complete redesign, using bevel gears on a vertical shaft to drive overhead cams (like Ducati), so no chains or related problems, like chain tensioners. That is cool! Thanks. I like it too.

Would be cool if someone were to host a motorcycle show like they do car shows...

There are a few old school bikes being made; bikes that were designed decades ago and are still being made today. Air cooled and carbureted. I have two of those. Yamaha TW200 and Suzuki DR650. No fuel injection on my bikes! Honda recently introduced such a bike to the US, too: the XR150L. They have sold it in other markets for years. I'm glad to see it finally available here.

Just looked that one up. Its not red. How can an XR not be red?

My very first bike was a Kawasaki KE 100. Mine was yellow. My buddy had a blue one just like it. I don’t remember how old I was when I got it, but it was way too big for me at the time. I rode the piss out of that little bike. It gets in your blood.

Had a 1973 360 Yamaha like this except mine had 10" high rise handle bars for a short while back in 1977.Great bike, felt like it was a little too much power for my young ass.The thought of surviving a road injury going 70+ mph and the fact the weight made it hard to stop on wet roads got to be a little too much for me.I thought I'd be better off getting rid of it before I killed myself on it,so I did. That was the last one I owned.
