hint , take two quarters and assume the radius of A and B are equal , rorate one quarter around the second one and count the number of revolution. 2

Assume the radius of A is 0.5'... thus the diameter is 1' and the circumference is 3.14'
The radius of B is thusly 1.5'... with the diameter being 3' and the circumference being 9.42
For A to roll around B (one full time) three rotations of A would occur.
If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

But the way I read the question, it ask about the center circle of A, & that could be a static spindle.

For A to roll around B (one full time) three rotations of A would occur. Now go roll a quarter around another quarter. 1 only gets you half way there.

Use a rule of geometry: the RATIOs of circles are the same. If the radius of B is 3x radius of A, then the diameter and circumference of B are also 3x those of A. Forget about Pi. It's important but not needed for this problem.
Another way to look at it: cut the circles and lay them out flat. B will be 3x the length of A.

Obey lawful commands. Video interactions. Hold bad cops accountable. Problem solved.

Another way to look at it: cut the circles and lay them out flat. B will be 3x the length of A. I'm pretty certain this is the answer. 👍

Proof that Kentucky sucks at standardized testing OMG! That is hilarious! Unfortunately, probably true. The majority are going with answer B, which is 3. That is the correct answer!
