Just supplement with Vitamins D3, C, and zinc. Zinc accumulates in the body. Unlike like many supplements, you don't piss out the excess. Be mindfull of the Daily Recommended (which you get in a multi). Excess will fug you up. Read the labels. Serious. Dr. Foo.

I recently heard that taking Probiotics greatly reduces the risk of getting really sick with the new strain.
