It wouldn't do him any good. He has the Army. Who's he going to attack? Texas state trying to protect from an invasion is Constitutional. Ignoring that and protecting the invasion is tantamount to declaring war on Texas. That might not end well. I'm not sure they're prepared to go that far but I could be wrong. Time to load up, huh.
