That's by far the best figured wood of any 788 that I've ever seen.
Most 788's have the same figured wood as a pop cycle stick.

I wrapped the wood and put it in a box when I made the rifle into a coyote hunting rifle. I'll put it back in the original wood when I get to old to call critters. Ready to go to work. ![[Linked Image from imagizer.imageshack.com]](https://imagizer.imageshack.com/img923/7039/xAbeUE.jpg)
