It's difficult to predict how a judge will rule, but today's hearing looked bad for both Willis and Wade. He paid for luxury vacations and she claims to have reimbursed him in cash, but there is no audit trail to prove that. I think it's likely she will be taken off the case.
It might get assigned to someone else but in any event it will be delayed for months, probably till after the election. And there is a good chance that it will never come to trial.

It is a train wreck for the DA's office. President Trump is running out of champagne I bet. It is so bad it is uncomfortable to watch. Nearly. You're going to be disappointed by the court's ruling on the motion to disqualify/recuse the prosecutor. [bleep] a co-worker is not a recognized conflict requiring recusal/dismissal. There is no conflict. This is very good for Trump on social media, but it's nonsense in a courtroom Best case scenario is that Wade gets booted off the case. It won't dismiss the case. He'll win or lose on the merits. Not sure. As far as the special prosecutor he invoked his 5th amendment privilege in a pleading to the court. He's gone FOR SURE. As for the DA, there is testimony that she lied to the court about her relationship and when it started to the court. She also has a very flimsy alibi about reimbursing her lover for trips with mysterious wads of cash. If the judge decides she lied or benefited financially from her relationship with the SP, she's gone FOR SURE

The co-worker classification isn’t the basis of the conflict. The romantic relationship is. Giving her lover a plum job is the basis of the conflict. She’s arguing that they didn’t become fuq-buddies until after she hired him. And he’s arguing the same because otherwise it affects his divorce finding and alimony. They aren’t very good liars but they know their lies are not going to get them out of this mess but might help them both avoid perjury charges, simply because of the standard of proof required for a criminal perjury conviction.

The point is, when did the romantic relationship start, before or after she gave him the job? If that’s what you meant, fine.
They’re arguing after, but he’s also refusing to let his divorce lawyer (at the time) disclose stuff that is not solicitor/client privileged, but that they are claiming is.

Same thing happens almost every time a negro is put in a position to lie, cheat, and steal. They will lie, cheat, and steal.

Is this where the Democrats protection phrase “ There was no intent” kicks in.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

Wade admits under oath that he charged vacations on a business card. While he says he separated personal and business (why do you put your vacations on the business card?), he admitted he didn't keep receipts and then both he and Willis admit she reimbursed him with cash - and she could not produce bank statements to show where or when the cash was withdrawn.
both of them had to come up with very elaborate and implausible reasoning to define their actions, and in Wades case, he was caught in two lies regarding when he had sex with Fani (he declared he never did in his divorce proceeding, but claimed he never did while married in this issue) and then his justification to support not being with Fani - it was covid, he had surgery and was scared of germs, but then admits he goes to airports, restaurants, and shopping during this time.
Willis was just an arrogant black woman on the stand - and that is what she is counting on, the court of public opinion, all this feminist lesbians and BLM Black women standing up to support her saying "now that is an independent woman!"
I have no idea what the Judge McAfee will do given he once was connected to her, but given he had to interrupt her twice and tell her to stop grandstanding, he can't be happy with her.
