Off my blood pressure meds. Resting Blood pressure has been running a consistent 120s over 60s,70s so the doc took me off them.

That case a day was around 3600 calories/day by itself! It was amazing that I drank nearly that much in my 20's, and probably ate another 3K-4K and wasn't overweight. Then again, I worked and played pretty hard and my metabolism was always at full speed until I was past my mid 30's. Wish it was still high, as now I have to eat way less than I'd like to just to not gain weight.
