My lease expires April 15'th I desire to move to Soldotna over the summer. I am having difficulty either purchasing or leasing long-term single-family dwelling. Desire to be slightly outside Soldotna City Limits. Yet roughly less then 10 miles from downtown Soldotna, Alaska. Have a few hundred "K" cash, not indigent.
Please any help.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

Been doing that for (4) Four months; and fourteen days.

Been doing that for (4) Four months; and fourteen days. If a house isn't listed on the MLS or Craigslist then its likely not for sale. Sell your property in Hope?
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

Yes, I sold my property in Hope, Alaska. I have owned three Real Estate Companies in Alaska, Was an Alaska Real Estate Broker for roughly a little over 40 years. I think there are several forum members in this area. I was just checking to see if any members here either personally had property coming available or knew someone. Or maybe they might be in that business.
