Since my last smoke, chew, snuff.
and that ain't an April Fools joke.
I'm horrible with days/ dates/time of day and it was about three days before I realized I quit on 1 April 1989.
Didn't use it as an excuse to have one though.

Congratulations!
My cold turkey day was 23 Oct 1983. Funny how it seemed so difficult at the time but how important it has been in the long haul.

Just passed 33 years for me. Gave up Copenhagen for Lent in 1991 (only had cravings for ~ 12 years )

Congratulations, my last smoke was in 1991 sometime. But really, quitting tobacco is easy. I did it 13 times...

Can remember exact date. I used the trail off method. Less and less until one day you don't remember the last one. Been somewhere around 15+ years.

Congratulations Geno. I threw out my last pack of cigarettes 8 years ago. One of the best decisions I ever made.

Don't know the exact date, but I quit in 1990. Still get the urge occasionally.
