That's very cool. Quite an accomplishment.
Buzzy oughta be by soon with his pics of 87 elk to one up you. Killed 9 of the 10 in Montana about a month before I turned 30. Shoulda coulda woulda on grizzlies. Applied for the spring tags the last couple years they had a season in the early 90's. Should have hunted them with the OTC fall tags in the 80's. Big mistake on my part. LOL. Just about got me on this one Buzzy. I would have bet quite a bit all grizzly hunting in the Lower 48 ended in 1975 and old Shrappy squeaked in under the ban. Learn something new every day. Thanks.

Learning will never stop when you aren’t that smart. I got that grizzly well before 1975 and probably before Buzz was weaned…

Myself, being really smart, have found learning only makes me much smarter. Quit being all pizzy in your own personal look at me thread. Maybe you should add some pictures of the moose with the lever gun you didn't kill it with but did change your clothes/hat after the shot. That's always fun and we all love a faked picture now and again.

Shrappie Baldwin is a phony prick... Posts this picture on one site, because the guys there are mostly guys that hunt public land: Then on another site, you know, have to pretend to be buddies with the dirt farmer: I've never seen anyone that carries 3 sets of costumes, 10 different rifles, and moves animals around to take phony pictures. Just bizarre.

Between you 2 losers, it really doesn’t take much to upstage you guys. Keep trying. I was out 3 days this week shooting gophers and prairie dogs with some nice rifles. Make some more comments, please…

Wow, that’s very impressive. Just the dedication in getting the tags is something. Thanks for sharing, great animals and rifles.

Saw this on a real hunting forum about ol scrapnel.
Don’t remember who posted it but damn funny.
Went something like this:
“A guy would break his neck falling from scraps ego and landing on his IQ”
LOL
Guess ol scrap isn’t so popular on other forums. While you have your head up your ass, look and see if you can find Buzz up there too... WINNER, WINNER, CHICKEN DINNER! 🤣🤣🤣

Congrats Shrap, like a previous Govenor of Wyoming once said "You done good!" I've also got the 10 animals that you listed, but I had to get my Mountian lion in Colorado, and my Grizzly bear in Alaska. For many years I had an OTC Grizzly tag in my pocket just hoping to see one on my elk gut pile, and I applied for that one spring season that they had up near Choteau, but didn't draw. Like many tag opportunities that we had here 45+ years ago, we didn't take them seriously enough, thinking if we didn't fill them that year, we could the next year. Now those tags are either gone or we have a 0.nothing chance of drawing them. I also bought a Mountain lion tag for many years again mainly hoping to see one while hunting deer or elk, but never did, although I have seen them from my house, but not while the season was open. I'm also proud to have gotten the other 8 animals on your list here in Montana and all on DIY solo hunts...

No bison on the list?
Or a wolverine? I've also applied for a State Buffalo tag every year that they've offered them but again, never drawn. So I had to get my Buffalo on the D, but I did use my .54 Hawken to shoot him. And while sheep hunting in one of Montana's Unlimited Tag units one year I did see a Wolverine, but I didn't have a Trapper's license and the season wasn't open, so I had to get my Wolverine while Dall sheep hunting in Canada's NWT...

buffybr, I remember seeing those pics over the years. I thought you were from Montana but wasn't sure.
I am envious of you and Shrapnel, and wish I would have had the time and $$$ to do what you two have done. I remember putting in for a moose tag for years and not getting one. I do have an unlimited sheep hunt close by, but again I just couldn't swing it or was gone working over seas. ( 33 months in Viet Nam). But, I am probably too old to take part in the sheep season, and Elk and deer I can get within 5 miles from town. We have plenty of bears locally and Mt Lions also. Maybe I will see if I can get one before it's too late.
Thanks for the pics,
