I know one engineer on the 'Fire that has 1 year of experience 40 times........ I've worked with quite a few of those. It amazed me how in engineering school there were students that could ace the tests but were useless in applying the information. A piece of sheepskin with ones name and the name of a school means absolutely nothing when it comes to actually designing things that can be built and work.
