I have plantar fasciitis as well. My feet are so flat that I can stand in a shower for hours and the bottoms of my feet never get wet! Any way, I have three pairs of custom molded arcs supports that fit in my shoes/boots and after about 2 months of wearing them(consistently) the pain went away!It has been about six years since I have been wearing them.

Friend Steve, I'm down 29 pounds so far but hit a plateau a couple weeks ago that's hard to get past. It'll be a while before I see anything close to fighting weight. Ward

I've hit several plateaus on the way down. I thought I'd never drop off the blasted 183 level. Just keep doing what you're doing and totally resist disappointment ... then, you'll drop like a stone.

I was in the Navy with a fella from Daddy's creek Tennessee and he said his sister would put so much Vicks on her at night that if she turned over in the bed at night she would slid out!

uhh The joke writes itself, how does he know what his sister does in bed at night down there in Daddy's Creek, Tennessee. I mean - you didn't type that with a straight face did you?

I don't know the how or why of it. He was a real piece of work. Used to box golden gloves and all that. He had all the cartlidge removed from his nose. I think he must of gotten the info about sliding from his broinlaw. straight face? Not ever when I think about that guy.
