I had a few classes w/ Ali in college 1994 ( Univ. of South Western Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns) Very polite, well spoken/educated, cordial, and small town girl. she entered the 1995 Miss Louisiana contest to prepare herself for a career in broadcast entertainment TV she won the Miss LA pageant. she then represented Louisiana in the 1996 Miss USA pageant which she won, and jumpstarted her career.
