Well stated. The major concern, after the military threat, is China's gain in technology. I'm in the electrical manufacturing industry & the Chinese are making great strides in producing electrical products for export. We all know about their successes with electronics & recently optics. An one that thinks the Chinese are stupid are ill informed. I recently evaluated some Chinese high voltage electrical products & were impressed at the quality improvements. Last week I was involved in designing & quoting a test transformer to replace a Chinese unit. The Chinese unit had the ability to work with many different voltage levels & was very innovative. As yet the Chinese have almost no share of our electrical product market, but I see it happening in the near future. As VA posted China is a brutal society & cares little about its people other than being an instrument to allow them to manufacturer more products. I do see China as a threat to world peace as energy & precious metals become more scarce.

The lack of females creats competion between the males to excel in school and work. Should this shortage become much of an issue, a war of aggression towards their neighbors will reduce the male population of China and the victim country, leaving more females available.
It's not out of the realm of possiblity that a war could be fought for females rather then other natural resources, food, land, oil, coal, water, iron, etc.

I work for Ashland Chemical and it is now about 40% Chinese.
And will very soon be over 50

Just like all races, I see good and bad, industrious and lazy
wise and stupid!

I just don't like to watch all the growing industries headed " over there"

Never gave much thought to the male to female ratio... but you are correct.
I see a good number of female engineers ( percentage wise )
but that is just the fact that most of the females go to college and land a decent job with companies like Ashland

They love to come to the USA ( with their non assimulating husbands ) for the life we have here and NO limits on procreation.

They show up with their "PhD's" LOL and then spend the rest of their 20's popping out non english speaking kids. Work a year, off on materinty etc.

When people commit a murder the explanation they give is of little importance. They are all murders. The same goes for all fascists whether they are Nazis, Communists or socialists.

This has been true for many years, perhaps decades, but certainly since I moved to Hong Kong in 1992.

Well I was going to go there to work as a flight instructor, they have a pilot shortage, lots of Chinese Students here learning to fly. I didn't take the job, the contract was something I could not sign. They are on one hand using the FAA model, yet all the airspace belongs to the Military and in order to fly on a given day for training, you need to get a permit 30 days in advance for the fight. You can't run a flight school like that. I know a couple of CFI's that when there, when was all said and done, they flew less than 200 hours the whole two years on their contracts. Maybe it changed, I doubt it. Is a Communist state, the people for the most part are slaves to the state. And I don't buy the numbers they are putting out, The Soviet Union did the same thing and what happened to them? As for our problems here at home, well its fixable, it may take a while but it can be fixed. That is if the American people want to fix it. Oh if war should break out with China they would loose. One of the first strikes would be on Three Gorge's Dam. You flood a third of the country were 40% of the population lives and where a good bit of your industry is and well, with you food and fuel problems and you don't have enough of a Navy to keep the sea lanes open, you loose. Germany learn that lesson twice, The Soviet Union learned that it could not put to sea in a way it would need to, the only three nations in the last 125 years, made it, The British with the Royal Navy, they were the top dog till June 1942, The Imperial Japanese Navy all most made it in the pacific, till Coral Sea, after Coral Sea and Midway, the United States Navy rules on,over and beneath the wave. And by doing so we control the Sea lanes and all issues on land are settled at sea. China will not war with us, because they are getting pretty much every thing they want with out one. The question for us is are we as a Nation state are going to continue policies that forces business to go else where? The nation has been doing that for a long time. We change that and guess what most business would return, for the simple reason they know for the most part property is protected here. In China if they decided to take Apples Iphone factory, they just do it. No so here yet!

The Chinese are dependent on the USA and the western world economically. If we stopped importing from them their economy would die. While we would have minor difficulties. They could dump their T bonds, but they suffer more than we would.

Throw in rampant racism and genocide.

The Han Chinese majority has nothing but contempt for any and all minorities within their country. What they've done to many others (think Tibet - for one example) is very reminiscent of Hitler's views about "non-Aryans".

We (many Walmart shoppers - for instance) are playing our own part in our eventual capitulation to the Chinese. We are buying the rope they'll eventually use to hang us with.
