Let's give her some more,to write down...in the 22-250/223AI cross reference.
She digs the 55V-Max and it's .255BC at 3680fps and we'll factor like atmospheres/zero's,in the name of lotsa laughs. Wind is always a 10MPH full value,for sake of discussion,glass height same/same for like reason.
From a 200yd zero/55'Max/3680fps:
At 300yds she's 1.6MOA low,drifts 8.4" and at 2600fps
500yds 6.1MOA ele,26.1" wind and 2001fps
700yds 12.9MOA,58.6" wind and 1498fps
1K 30.6MOA ele,146" wind and subsonic at 1035fps
Now 223AI/75A-Max:
300yds she's 1.9MOA low,drifts 5.6" and at 2557fps. The wind is already in her favor and that'll get uglier from here and she'll get the residual impact speed advantage...at say the 340yd line and never lose it. But in fairness,the 55 is going a full 43fps faster at 300yds,for clarity.(grin)
500yds 6.6MOA ele,16.7" wind and 2200fps(425yd speed of the 55gr)
700yds 12.5MOA ele,35.3" wind and she's shooting much flatter,in comparison to the 55. 35.3" wind and 1871fps(550yd speed for the 55)
1K 24.7MOA ele,81.6" wind and 1447fps(725yd 55gr speeds)
Hopefully she'll feel compelled to chime in,denote how she makes range determinations,corrects same and we can muse terminal affects to boot.
She'll need a buncha paper,to write all that down...............(grin)
