Lee, Greetings, good to see you are still ticking. The rifle still looks great. Have you knocked anything down with it yet?

I still lurk, just do not post much. I just received the rifle about 2 weeks ago so have not blooded it yet, but antelope season is just around the corner. Nice to hear from you.

Looks awesome!
Is that a slight drop down magazine? Which manufacturer? How many cartridges does she hold?
Thanks! CL

I am so glad it belongs to a hunter rather than a collector only type of guy. I would love to see a post with it along side some game! John

Why so much priase for a David Miller rifle and so little for D'Arcy Echols and the other greats like Gene Simillion, Mark Penrod, Biesen, Wiebe etc.?

Okay, I'm going to step over the line and critique Mr. Miller's rifle. His scope mounts are an abortion, that one piece steel unit reminds me of the bay bridge. Its too heavy with excess metal left on and one could use it as a suitcase handle. Thats for starters, flame suit is on with extra kevlar in place. I also have my super duper anti- whammy hat on too! MtnHtr

For the jingle associated,I think a Custom action of high tolerance/concentricity,that boasts integral bases,is a better way to fly.
I'd want an integral 1913 rail and 20MOA built in,would humor me.............................

Big Sick, Thats because you think of your rifles as tools. Not works of art.I could not bring myself to hunt with that thing. It is a great looking piece. dave

Dave would you let Jennifer Aniston sit in a corner or ride her hard and put her away wet?
I'd use the rifle like any other.

A rifle that don't Hunt,is a Play Purty.
That has zero appeal to me......................

Now THAT is my idea of a high end custom rifle.... great metal work combined with worldclass stock work! That wood is UNREAL , and I have a thing for flutes (Just make mine a 280AI on a Rem 700) !!!!
The first scratch is going to hurt on that beauty!
Thanks for sharing, possibly the nicest rifle I've ever seen on this site (interesting looking mounts though.... but bet they're strong!).

"The first scratch is going to hurt on that beauty!" You got that right. I would not know how to act around a wood stocked rifle.I dont even have one these days.Somehow I just cant see myself parting brush with something that pretty. dave

David makes a great rifle. I have had the priviledge to shoot several of his rifles. Two well target practicing with him out in the desert. If I can ever afford a custom, his are high on my list. my friend has one and well what can I say. Beautiful rifle.
LeeC, Congrats on a prize. it is a beautiful rifle and shoot shoot fabulous. Have fun with it and shoot as much as you can with it. Don't worry about hurting it either. If it has not been asked. What wood/finish did you get your gun in? What load are you using in it?
