Hang on to your dewalt angle grinders, don't let them get hold of your shirt or you will be wrapped up in the grinding stone. This results in the ultimate titty twister, it's not nice. Something clever here.

That sounds uncomfortable. As a kid, I once used a belt sander on a really bad mosquito bite on my calf. Felt so good. For a few seconds. The patch of skin I unintentionally removed was a slight inconvenience, however. A bad itch sucks. A bad itch that stings and bleeds when you scratch it is worse. Not one of my more brilliant plans.

OP northern_dave Campfire 'Bwana N Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 35,293 Minnesota	Here's one of my fav little tools (not the one that bit me) Today I used it to strip iff the paint from this edge where the quarter wraps around into the door jam. I'm showing a factory spot weld where my thumb is. They make some pretty expensive spot weld drilling bits but i like a regular 3/8" pilot bit with an 1/8" pilot tip. Be careful to drill only through the first layer of sheetmetal wuth the shoulders of the bit. locate and drill them all. Then peel the panels apart. Here I'm melting the lead out of the factory seam at the lower to quarter to rocker area. Tail light pans got the same drill and split treatment where the quarters wrap around same with inner wheel house to trunk floor... A test fit for inspiration... Note the extreme titty twister evidence... Cutting wheel on the grinder way over penetrated, 2 shirts including my OD green chickenbuck shirt and the stone did it's final burn out on my... pectoral area. lol! Something clever here.
