50 pounds??!! Man, Boyd, I hope that thing has wheels on it! Heck, you'd need 2 drag ropes. One for the deer and one for the gun!

What powder do you use, and what is the MV with a 36 in pipe?
7mm

In the IBS and the NBRSA they have what they call rail guns or machinerests. No sand bags. No weight limit,in fact no limits at all. Its called the unlimited class or heavybench. The course of fire is 5,10 shot groups at 100 and 200 for a 100 shot agg.
You guys have anything like this over there.?
dave

7MM

If you were asking if Williamsport has a class where we shoot machine rests at 100 or 200 yards or any range, the answer is no.

We only shoot 1000 yards and have two classes. The 16 1/2 Lb and the Heavy Benchrest class. We shoot 10 shots for record in both classes.

We have NO unlimited classes at all.

No 1000 yard ranges that I know of have the rail guns or total unlimited class guns as you mentioned.

Darryl Cassel
