Ruger M77 Hawkeye Standard .257Roberts, 22" barrel, long action, 80 TTSX, 100 TTSX, 100 NBT, 110 Accubond.
I have a sneaking suspicion that will be my next deer rifle. I hope it plays well with my other .25s... '06 and Weatherby.

300 Weatherby Vanguard sub MOA Series II. A 150g Nosler Partition at 3540 fps shoots pretty damn flat. I had a 270 for 40 years (gave it to my son) and it was overkill for deer, but since I've had the 500 Jeffery, I'm pretty insensitive to the recoil of the smaller magnums, so what the heck!

Chuck
