Howdy Gents
I finally picked up my Varmint model. Which rf rings are folks using?? Plan on mounting a 4-12x40AO 3200.
Many thanks

Anybody who seriously concerns themselves with the adequacy of a Big 7mm for anything we hunt here short of brown bear, is a dufus. They are mostly making shidt up. Crunch! Nite-nite!

Warne all steel...they have a Medium and a High... It will depend how big your ocular bell is for bolt clearance....

K, that's funny. 5 responses and no two the same. Yup, we're a big help!

A 6th different response; I use Burris Signature Mediums with a Leupold VXII 4-12x40AO on my 455 and they work great. Can't imagine a 452 would be any different.

A nice wood stock CZ-452 and the Leupold rings go hand in hand.

But sadly in missing the nice wood stock, all I've got it the birch (?) trainer. Whatever it is made of isn't walnut.

Nice quality, rugged design, aluminum alloy of some sort. I have the Leupold rimfire rings on my Sako Quad, they are steel and look more traditional. Given the minimal price difference between the two, I would choose the Leupold based on aesthetics. You can't go wrong with either though.

CZ 452 Trainer w/ S&K's holding Kahles 4x. Scope was only one in cabinet short enough to fit behind iron rear sight. A Leupold 3x would be nice. As for the birch, I think it's attractive.
Golldammed motion detector lights. A guy can’t even piss off his porch in peace any more.

Burris Deluxe Mediums (Leupold 3-9x40) Cal, on that setup with the 3-9X40 on the CZ, can you take a measurement for me? How high does that scope have to be for the objective to clear the barrel and the bolt the ocular? 0.35" or so? Could you measure from the top of the front receiver bridge to the bottom of the scope tube? I would appreciate it.

J&P Custom 11mm to Weaver Delrin rail adapter... https://www.jnpgunsprings.com/index.php?cPath=10 with Burris medium Signature Zee's... The Delrin is pretty slick & I'd read that some guys were having problems with them slipping until they torqued them down good, so I took a little sandpaper to them & then smeared some permatex "form a gasket" on em...good to go.

I'll second the BKL rings as good stuff.

Rick, Didn't catch this yesterday, but I'll try and dig it out this evening and see what I can come up with for you.

Some of you folks got some nice lumber on your CZ's, Mine is a bit on the plain side (but that isn't why I bought it.)
