I'm thinking Beaver....though it's nothing new.
And the only thing it has in common with an airplane is it's expensive! M Not only that, but if you land in the wrong spot, you will be in "sh*t" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

You guys really know how to ruin a neighborhood!
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.

Thanks Elf! Actually, it's just a Cherokee 6, low fixed-wing that we fly to/from in...no helicopter involved...<grin>

It may look different from the ground, but from the aerial pic it looks like there is a big ol' snag to the right of the house within striking range......and leaning toward it !
Borrow a saw from 'Stick, and have him film you cutting it ! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

This must be the view the first drunk gets, laying on his back after falling off the rocks... Actually, it may happen more than once. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Funny, I never noticed that...!
Not sure about me running a saw...though it might be some entertaining footage...wonder if the Lifeflight boys can land on water?

Actually, we'll need some serious railing at the top....it's a good drop, and nothing soft about the landing.

So now your going to commision a haidappotmus proof railing? Might need to contact the DOT for plans.
Course even that can't be guaranteed, if MB is riding'em from behind, as is his tradition. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

HG, the hot tub is at the bottom of a loooong prioritized list of things to get done.
Never fear, it'll be in place when you get here. Prior to that, however, there's a million hassles to deal with and it ain't fun at the moment.
This is a serious pain in the azz...though I just went back to page 1, pic1 of this thread and have to admit we're making progress.
Such projects could drive a man to drink....<grin>

Quite a few decisions...and only one choice...And if ya screw it up...it's all on you. I swore off building another new house. Your reminding me why.
