I can understand having the tricky opening on the inbound side as "guests" will no doubt be escourted in, but likely have to find their own way out.............

That's a nice looking door. What is left to do in the interior? Do you fellers have an approximate move-in date?

The can lights and outlets are wired on the interior...other than that, still bare studs. Progress is slow, and painful.....
A May 1 move-in is probably optimistic, but we'll see....

Maybe the cold weather has made them (her) sluggish...
I've heard small baits fished slow can sometimes prevail in these conditions...

Downsizing the bait would require surgery....
I suppose I could vary my retrieve. Patience, after all, is supposed to be a fisherman's virtue.

A fella might could get tipsy and tumble down riprap to the boat ramp... Sitka, I'd guess that with "Paradise experienced" building inspectors present, it's long since been code there to mandate a "handicap ramp." Just for the "light-weight drinkers/visitors of course! Paradise residents (and this of legend) would never have a "navigation" problem and thus, could enjoy a variance of same...riprap not withstanding! best, bhtr

Do not know that general approval for your statements could be found in Paradise. I understand they send out specially trained boats and crews hunting the elusive tidal nugget. Not much of a stretch to hunt beached nuggets as they tend to be easier to locate, though harder on the pursuit boats...
As you point out, they regularly look for the variances in life in general, riprap in particular... I see trouble in Paradise... art
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.
