WOWZA....it is really lookin' great, white.....and needs some funky paintings on the walls....some plants scattered 'bout....and some critters roaming the floors....but it is lookin' more like a home....

I have floated you several "starts" <off my fav. plants>.....just tryin' figure out how I"ll send them <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />!

Bet it's good to be home....glad you had a safe trip...

Thanks, it is starting to look like a home. I can already feel the pain of furnishing and decorating the place.

It's good to be home...despite the atomic hangover I woke up with....

I'm figuring any critters they have won't be roaming around the pad. More likely stationary and staring off into space wondering why me?

Looking good Dave. Is your grill gonna be the main focal point of that room. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

The grill is gonna be out on the deck, hard-plumbed to the propane tank...the deck is my favorite part of the house...<grin>

BW, I remember the conversation, but not much after....lol. I do recall you offering the hull only, for $15k!!

I got the late night "WoooHooooooo" call and the early AM "[bleep] Fishing" call, with nearly equal enthusiasm.

I did better,the other night.

Whipped 3-guys on the crew and run 'em off the job at daybreak.

The Dark Side remains a force to be reckoned with......................(grin)

That's my favorite story at the moment, and I regret not being there to see it...

I done the crew proud,if only by accident.(grin)

Camp is always a hoot, due to the diversity in personalities and I guess that lifestyle is sorta ingrained in me.

Azzholes never last long, for one reason or another and few lament those conclusions...............................

I'd like to have seen the azz whippin occur...did you make 'em get in a line or just work 'em all over at once? You need a helmet cam on your hard hat!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

It was a free for all, which is typical of how such things go.

Just got in from a tour of The Shack, after our uneventful Steelhead foray. Things have really come along and it's gonna be an amazing sumbitch.

The dumb bastards really did some thinkin' and it is very well thought out,IMHO.

Impressive....................

Looks like it's happening... If all goes well, I'll not get to spend one night in it but will be on a mountain side under a tarp. Can't quite read if I have sold brother Dave on the white beard pursuit???? I did take the new Kimber purchase as a sign though.

They're swamped doing house stuff today, but I'm hoping that after the morning's fish trip,we'll get the WSM's to the range.

How does your's shoot? Can you kiss lands and fit within the mag box?

Miss toting the Weatherby?...............(grin)

The Weatherby is not missed...Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet...I was a touch on the busy side on my one week off. I did take your advice and go to the 168 TSX which was hard for me to break the 180 trend I've been in for years. I do have high expectaions and she is fully ready for a test drive with turret and 50 rounds of moly coated 168 TSX's. It will be the GOTO rifle once the tuning is complete.

I've got my new Mark 4 mounted up on the latest Kimber...200 pieces of brass, 100 168tsx's, and 100 moly'd A-max 168's in a pile.

Once I get time to load up, there's gonna be some gunsmoke.....

I want to perfect the master load with the TSX as top priority. Then I'll try the A-Max's out. Do they shoot much different? I was shooting 55 Gr V-Max in my AR, then tried some FMJ's of the same weight and they shot about 4 inches different at 100 yards?

I don't have room in my low-volume cranium at the moment, to get bogged down in the details.....but I'm game for an October goat trip...
