I was wondering if you were hiding it, so you wouldn't need to explain why this rifle isn't a .223AI and that the .22-204 isn't the same as the .222 Rem Mag... When I saw that aftermarket mag, I knew you were needing more length for the longer .22-204 round. I'm guessing, of course. How close am I getting? DF

bamaguy Campfire Greenhorn B Joined: May 2006 Posts: 86	I might get flamed for this but i recrowned the muzzle of a .22 rifle using a lee handheld case trimmer.I had to chuck the pilot into my drill press and take a few thou off until i had a snug fit in the bore.Granted .22 barrel steel is soft but it did an excellent job and cut my groups in half. It cuts a recess crown.
