starting to gather parts to build the 542 for my polara picked this gear drive up off ebay. soon as i get time, I'm going to weld in my frame connects and roll cage and since with the new job i won't have time to do the paint and body work myself, I'm going to have a buddy who owns a shop do it for me. ![[Linked Image]](http://i44.tinypic.com/302nmvd.jpg)

found a EFI set up for up to 1000hp for 4 grand, thinking of going that route. should be able to build this motor to make 800-850hp on pump gas.
