With all the talk about scoping 99s lately, I would like to add that I enjoy shooting and hunting with scopes. Use receiver sights as well. Though dont have a picture of those.

Nice to see all the Stiths as well. Really nice bunch of classy hunting rifles. One question though.............Would this be a "collection" of hunting rifles or just an "accumulation". grin grin wink wink

Some of those scopes and mounts are as tough to find as the guns that they're sitting on. That 8X booster rig on your .250 R is a sweet looking outfit.

Rod,

Yes it is. I thought this Lyman scope would be primo perfect for this 250R. The booster really works great. Doesnt lose a bit of clarity. The Alaskan is mint. I dig it, and it fits...

Hey Stretch,

Looks like the group is right where it needs to be. Good shooting! I can keep them like that with that 300 99G in the picture. All with a little Weaver J2.5 scope in a stith. That is the one with the deer.

Thanks RAS, but I think that target was at only 75 yards. I've since adjusted to about 3" high at 100, but haven;t been able to duplicate that one group on the right.

Yours is very nice! I haven;t taken anything with my Savages yet. Both in 300.
