Ryan Leaf 2. JaMarcus Russell 3. Steve Emtman Mandarich certainly didn't take the NFL by storm, but I think he played for 8 years or so. Once he was moved to guard he seemed to find his place.

If you get a chance I highly recommend the ESPN documentary about Todd Marinovich. I believe its called "The Marinovich Project".
