Ok I am game.....Why?
Try using your big words and not your sweat words. your mother jones article is nothing but smear and innuendo....no facts, not even an allegation that Romney did anything unethical, much less illegal. the economy is global...remember, you commies used to like that?....and so is investing and banking. get over it. And not unethical like J. Francois Kerry moving his yacht anchorage to avoid taxes.

(says Rebecca Wilkins, the senior counsel for federal tax policy at the nonprofit Citizens for Tax Justice.)
Wasn't she one of the women that Howard Stern interviewed ?

Or Corzine,or Geithner and the list goes on.
Of course,Romney's corporate taxes are at 35% before he has a chance to invest but don't let it keep the mental midget takers of this world from claiming a larger share of someone else's pie.
Not only is nwa a total under-achieving failure,he's freaking because it's all about to catch up with him.
Romney gave more to charity in one year than Biden has his entire life. He should be grateful guys like Romney are out there. They pay for his food stamps.

Maaaaan, the drivel here has moved from artesian to volcanic. Yup. For those too timid or shy, its time to step aside! Its high time to push back on the bovine excrement that gets thrown around here. We have a socialist to throw out of the White House and a party to purge from Congress. Either join in or stand back! Your kids and grand kids can thank you later.

The real problem with offshore investments is that our confiscatory rates are so high that forces the wealthy to look elsewhere to invest. How stupid is that? Oh, I know you socialists want it all........but you will only get it once.

What Language is this???????I know many of you are fans of Mitt's off shore holdings and of Mother Jones but is this the man any of you really want to be in charge of the country? The man is a cheat and the system provides him a easy way to do it. Take a few mins and read.... Link http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2012/09/mitt-romney-offshore-investments-cayman-islandsOffshore tax havens are better known for facilitating money laundering and tax evasion than legitimate business. The total value of Romney's offshore investments is unknown, but his tax returns have revealed that he has at least $30 million invested in the Cayman Islands, in at least 12 different Bain Capital funds. Tough to pay taxes and support the country that gave him his breaks when he hits his money...But it is all legal! Our system is broken when it provides for this type of shady system! "The Cayman Islands jurisdiction for the Bain funds primarily makes it easy for their investors to cheat on their taxes," says Rebecca Wilkins, the senior counsel for federal tax policy at the nonprofit Citizens for Tax Justice. "Because of that they can attract more investors and they can earn bigger management fees. "
Because of the secrecy laws in the Caymans and other offshore tax havens, Bain investors are hidden from tax authorities like the IRS. Unless they choose to report their holdings and income, as Romney has, there is no way for tax officials in the US or other countries to know that such holdings exist, much less find a way to tax them. Perfect! After using Google Translate.......I know many of you are fans of Mitt's off shore holdings and Blah, blah, blah, blabber, blah, blah, INFIDEL!!!!!! blah, blah, blah, blahbitty, blah... Link http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2012/09/mitt-romney-offshore-investments-cayman-islandsBlah, blah, blah, blabber, blah, blah, INFIDEL!!!!!! blah, blah, blah, blahbitty, blah... Sniffle, Sniffle, NO FAIR!!!!!! Mommy he won't shay he munny!
If 'ya can't put hot sauce on it, it ain't worth eat'n....

These offshore accounts (with their secrecy) are in the same category as Romney's unrevealed tax returns. there may be nothing wrong with either, but it just paints the wrong picture.

Who the [bleep] cares? You would have to be a [bleep] idiot to even consider not voting against Obama. Typical class warfare from a liberal douche.

Oh, I know you socialists want it all........but you will only get it once. US tax rates are on the low side of the scale, not confiscatory; especially as to the 15% on capital gains. here's a chart comparing rates with other nations: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_tax_ratesAnd, income taxes are only one form of tax levies. Real estate, sales, and, other taxes are higher in many other parts of the world.

Its called diversifying your portfolio. With the minimums being between 100K and 1M plus expenses associated with doing that, I am sure their tax advisers have looked at the pros and cons. What other class warfare argument are you going for next?
