2legit2quit Campfire Ranger Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 20,683 cold & forbidden	good bet when you're young it really does seem a 20 something oughta be able to whip a 60 somethings azz for him. but as you get a bit older, unless you learn it first hand earlier, you realize that some of those 60 somethings have done some very hard work in their lives. Whether dealing with stock, metal or whatever, they've seen ups and downs, good times and bad, probably been hurt badly a few times as well. I've known many a fat bellied farmer that could turn you every way but loose if he got his calloused hands upon you. doesn't seem fair, and maybe it's not, but just the way it is. I'm pretty certain when we sing our anthem and mention the land of the free, the original intent didn't mean cell phones, food stamps and birth control.
