I love these things. It seems like months they were not on the store shelves. Checked again and they're back...finally.

Try this for smoked oysters. A Ritz cracker spread with peanut butter and a smoked oyster on top. Sounds horrible, tastes great. The sweet of the peanut butter and the smoke from the oyster along with the buttery flavor of the Ritz....YUM!

Close to what I like to do. Saltine cracker, dab of pimento cheese, oyster and top with a bread and butter pickle.

My favorite camp snack.
Nothing better after a long day of walking than a can of smoked oysters slathered with good spicy brown mustard and an ice cold beer.
My camp box always has an ample supply.

I love 'em but I've never tried them with mustard. That sound good, I'll have to try that.

I don't drink much hard liquor but an Ice cold Gin and Tonic on a hot day is indeed heaven (as long as it's "good" Gin and has a lime).
If you need hot sauce, you ain't using the right mustard.
I do keep a bottle of hot sauce on hand in case someone happens to open a can of Sardines though. Mmmm. smile

Hunting pard is not real hip on the hot stuff. Mustard is more his thang. Most hot mustards tend to be horseradish hot, not the same. I like the habanero green suace on oysters. Had some fresh ones this year with hab suace and home grown key lime. Good shiet right there!

Heck,,, I'm up for either, smile although spicy brown mustard pretty dear to my heart where Oysters are concened.

God bless those little tins of goodness reguardless of condiment though.
