Sorry these type are on here. Been waiting for going on 2 weeks on payment from a "member" here on a stock he said "he'd take it". Sent him at least 2 PMs since we exchanged addys for shipping, etc. Hadn't heard a word, and no $$. 2nd runner up on the sale apparently found another. I tried contacting him to let him know it's still available. No word from him either. Lost sale You're not out a [bleep] thing, so quit crying and move on! Seriously, get a [bleep] life!

I used a collections agency to get my stuff from Joe Adams who did the same, just get ahold of the collections agency in his area, they can make his life pretty miserable, you may lose a few hundred like I did, but I did it out of principle.

I don't know which is worse, that he is beyond stupid to ship it in a visable "Nightforce" box or that he actually had the balls to send "A" scope in it.
Need some type of feedback system where you can see how many deals/transactions someone has made and the outcome.
Too bad he did not live in my area, i would give you a hand getting that back.

Just as I thought. Another Newbie. Opened his account in November of this year. Only 30 posts. Thats why I only deal with the older members. While it doesnt guarantee anything, It is a little more reassuring that the guy aint scamming.

That really sucks. He's on the texas hunting forum also. I looked and he has not been logged in since 11/25 over there. Hope you can get your scope back. He's giving us texas boys a bad rep... If bastrop was a little closer to me, I would pay him a visit! I was going to say... someone should go on Texas Hunting Forum and warn the boys. Just saw an ad for a Rem Ti in 7mm-08 on the LRH site that sounds very similar to this guy.

Anthony is a stand up guy. I have gotten some stuff from him and was always better than advertised.
I think the 1500.00 should be more than enuff to cover the gas money, but not a hospital visit. Let me know if I need to pitch in....he deserves an ass beating.
