What could the occupants have done to deserve that? That will cost the city enough to pay about 200 LEO's for several years. Sincerely glad that I do not live in that environment. Those that should be exercising the most control and restraint have completely lost it. Their superiors should resign too. In our lowly hunter ed classes it's emphasized that one should be sure of their target. Did those guys not get some similar advice when dropping the hammer on fellow humans?
