I ordered one of those KS Edge stocks before Christmas based on your pics and glowing reviews. Should be here next week. SS Model Seven action is ready as well as the 25cal PacNor. Maybe, just maybe, I'll have it in time for deer season this fall.

My intitial attraction to that stock was the shorter forend that will work well with a shorter bbl. Most stocks are too long to look right with a bbl shorter than 22".

I'm knee deep in 35 Rems. Couple of 7600 Carbines, Rem 600 and I sold my Model 7 35 Rem to Firearms44! The KS stock is waiting in the wings. I can't seem to get excited about any particular caliber. Maybe a 221 Fireball, but I've been mentally building a 5-pound 375 Winchester, by sticking a single shot follower in the Model 7 action. I love thumpers and gully guns for creek bottom thickets!!!

didn't your mama tell you if you ain't got nothing nice to say, then shut the [bleep] up?

you have got to be the biggest jack off I've every come across here on the 'fire. for your information it's been on several western hunts.

why don't you go [bleep] off and die you [bleep] jack off.

257 Roy in an Edge PN barrel. Scary accurate and is my favorite.

I just got a Remington 7600 in 35 Whelen with an 18" barrel, holy crap Men, that sombuck do give off a shockwave when ya touch her off.

The 200 gr TTSX's are chronoing 2750 fps with H-322 powder, and showing really nice accuracy so far out to 50 yards off sticks with the factory iron sights.

Very handy compact little boomer, cant wait to try it out this fall.

I have two...one for close work, tree stands, still hunting and the other for longer ranges and ground blinds...

Remington 700 CDL Stainless Fluted in .257 Weatherby. Will be placed in a B&C stock one day and have a Timney Trigger to replace the less than acceptable stock one. Shoots in the .3 MOA range. Scope is a Shepherd 6-18 and makes hitting out to 600 very easy.

#2 is a Remington Custom Shop 7KS in .350 Rem Mag. Wears a 1.75-6 Leupold. Only thing that could make it more perfect is if it was stainless with their black coating like they used to do with the AWR.

I have a few 7600's that I used a bit that I thought were perfect. One was a 257 Roberts and the other was one of the 35Rem carbines in the blued/wood version. Like them both, but I keep coming back to my Ruger M77 Ultralight in 257 Roberts topped off with a Leupy Vari-X II 1-4x20. It isn't to fussy about any the factory ammo I have shot out of it. While I have handled and seriously thought about a Kimber Montana in 257 Roberts, the Ruger has worked well for me and is proven. The 7600's have been lonely in the safe lately.

35 Whelen in an 18 inch barrel is more rifle than this wussie wants! Don't expect to make new friends at the range! LOL

Even the damn bear was happy to be shot by such a great rifle! smile

I'd try to get one in 757 but could "settle" for the 708 like Gdubs.

I'd also throw a Leupy 6x36 with dots on mine.

I would also take one of these in 757 with the 6x36...
