Looking to get a harness with cover for my Zen Ray Prime Binos (10x42). Any recomendations?? Looked at the ZR website they have one that will fit, but was thinking of one like the Cabela's Binocular Soft Cover (just not sure it would fit).

Thanks
John

Alaska Guide Creations bino pack is great. You can google and find it.

I assembled my own bino harness/cover. Already had a Crooked Horn bino harness and purchased a Fieldline accessory organizer pack at Walmart for $15 and attached it to the bino harness.
Bino, rangefinder, lens wipe and walkie talkie fit inside.

Check with Doug and the guys at Cameraland. I got one of the cheapest they had (their recommendation) and it works great.

IIRC, they said only a few makers with much rebranding and labeling going on. So, many are the same product with different labels and prices. Ask and they'll fill you in on some trade secrets.

Thanks for the input guys. I have a backpack to keep accessories in, so I really just need (want) to protect from dust and debris, and keep from using the awful neck strap.

Get a better neck strap and/or wear a bandanna around your neck and keep them inside the front of your shirt or jacket. Last thing I want is something else to fool with.

I went with the Crooked Horn Outfitters Bino Shield Binocular Cover. It worked well on my Mule Deer hunt. I am pleased with the purchase.

Make a little bag about the size of the oft mentioned crown royal bag, I like fleece as it adds both dust protection and a little padding. Rather than a draw string sew in some elastic. Just wear your normal harness but slip the bag over the binos.

When needed just pull the bag off the binos, simple and any one with a sewing machine can knock it up in 5 min.
