Thanks Tom, I'm good for right now. I might end up leaving it be, that kinda smokey look is growing on me. But I'm a fan of sponge camo, so that's probably what it'll get. Have you been shooting any gophs lately?

A little something different, but a nice fence post none the less.

Webbing paint came in, so I shot the ruger american.... While I was at it, I re-done the HS on the 600. Never really did care for the factory scheme.... on the obligatory post.

The deuce looks better Don. You did a good job on both of 'em.. BTW, where did you get the triggerguard for the 600? I've probably asked ya that before, but me and Dad are tired of the factory plastic on our's and want the next step up. Single Six faux ive-o-ree on a buffler skull... I gotta get some new guns so I'll have something new to take pictures of on fenceposts.... grin

cvmw is his username.
The one on the HS is a 700 tg. I sold the cvmw one, when I peddled the old birch stock....

My bad,
If all goes well I'll be heading out Thursday for 5 days of hunting. I'll make a special effort to get some pix of fence posts that I can photoshop into my pix.
Best,
GWB

I saw some fence posts last week. These 4 were the most memorable.
