If someone does something and the error is pointed out using scripture, it's not the same as Me or anyone else saying you'll burn in hell.
Christ didn't want people to use an accusing tone, that's what the pharisees did.
I agree with you, Thank God we don't get to judge anyone because I'm sure it would go horribly wrong.
I'm the last guy that should be saying all this,
But....
If an azzhole like myself can see it, then there is hope for every man, woman and child on this planet.
That's the beauty of it, the door is opened to everyone. ...and I agree with everything you say there. I think in a way you and I are on the same page just perhaps different paragraphs as it were.

Keep on missing that plank in your eye partner...

You know how angry you and I get when some turd comes on here blasting our country...
Now apply that to some here who believe in Christ and see his name being drug through the mud.
Who's anger is more justified?
I hope you don't interpret this the wrong way.. but I don't belive Jesus ever asked anyone to come to his defense, only to follow him and his teachings. I never said he did. As a matter of fact, I stated so earlier in this thread. Don't get worked up about this stuff.
God doesn't need any man to defend him.

1 thing is no matter what you don't joke about my Saviour...period!! Another thing you can rest assured....if he ever talked like that around me he will be spitting his teeth out...I even told him next time he's in the southern Indiana/louisville area to let me know and I promise you I will gladly make that happen! No judgment there... I remember the verse where Jesus round house kicked the soldiers casting lots...

God doesn't need any man to defend him. Right I noticed that, but by the same token a person can't or shouldn't use defense of God to justify actions that run contrary to his techings. RE: the portion of the quote I "re-bolded" ...and I am not saying that you specifically attempted to do the above in this, but I do believe others did.

Im a believer, not a great example. I try to do good for my fellow man and all that and treat people the way I want to be treated, all though i understand works are not the ticket the blood is. BUT, I cuse like a sailor and don't tolerate a lot of bull$hit. I think from time to time a GFY is in order. But what I think or any other dip$hit for that matter doesn't have any effect on Gods word or works. He gave us freewill do with it as you see fit cause its yours.

I believe in God, Jesus's life as the true teaching and the Holy spirit as our truth.
I believe that we are spiritually bound together and knowledge of the fact in this life is variable but not damnable. I believe in the collective of our spirit for good things such as prayer healing.
I don't know the truth about the afterlife and neither does anyone else, so there is no way to judge our own, let alone anyone else future existence.
Religion is fallible, God isn't... follow what you will.

Holy [bleep], go out for CPR training and look at all the tolerant people.
Apparently Christianity shares much in common with Islam, they both claim to be the religion of peace but it's obvious they aren't.

Yea, we blow up too many who don't go to church and tithe. Darn it.

Holy [bleep], go out for CPR training ... That's a relief. I was afraid you might have been struck by lightning bolts.

Yea, we blow up too many who don't go to church and tithe. Darn it. God knows no one has ever died at the hands of a Christian. Funny how a shot at man caves brings the zealots and droves and wanting to cause bodily harm. Not surprising really, these threads are an effective way to smoke out the so called 'Christians' and are nothing if not funny. Good to know that Tom will be holding Ball's hand in hell.

It's the "Do as I say, not as I do" thing. We humans are ALL fallible, including our knowledge of HIM and HIS real thoughts for us, much less someone else. It's not anyone else's walk that I have to answer for, just mine. Ed

I think its a little overboard to lump Christians with Muzzies and doubt I'm wrong or in that camp alone.

I guess I'd be as uptight as some of the Christian [bleep] on this site if I had to put up with all the queers in church. What I really don't get is this queer attraction to some Latino dude. Jesus runs a great Mexican restaurant just up the road but I sure as hell don't love him.

Still surprised the man cave lovers didn't come out in droves. It was nothing but a shot at all the funky threads/man caves.
Amazing how sensitive Christians are, of course no one ever said they was bright. Tom comes to mind.
That he thought 'If Christ returns we will kill him again' is proof of how [bleep] dense he is.
Truly amazing how stupid so many of you are. Perhaps .gov is correct in who shouldn't own guns..
