Has anyone here ever had to use Sightron's customer service? What were your experiences with it?

A few years ago I sent in a bad Big Sky,I got a new one in the mail a few weeks later

Alan at Sightron will take care of you.

Is Alan the only guy there, or do I need to ask for him directly?

My experience was excellent - had a "ghost ring" around the outer edge and could not get the scope to focus good - sent it in, they expressed a new scope back the day after they received it.

I might add I had 5 SII's at one time and this was the only problem ever encountered.

I've used them a few times for various issues, and they have the best CS in the business. In fact, I'd place them ahead of Leupold simply based on a much quicker turnaround time.

I can't remember the exact details, but around 4 years ago I sent in a 3-12 sii. I had bought a rifle cheap with the sii on it and this scope's objective "bell" appeared just slightly "bent". I sent it in, they said it was bent and gave me about 10% off a new, different model sii, as they didn't have a mildot available.

I'm not saying this was wrong or I got screwed, just relaying my experience with them.
