Prior hunters and their relatives get first preference. Your father, son and cousin would be most welcome.
The last couple of years the guys flying into Nashville and those driving by it figured out a way to car pool to Wilderness. If there are four of you in your party, that could be somewhat difficult. You may want to consider renting a car.

The plan for this year is that deposit checks from those who have hunted with us previously should be made out to Wilderness but sent to Pugs during the 1st 10 days of January. If there is room for newbies, and I think there will be, those checks should get to Pugs by the following week. This is being done to keep the interlopers from outside the Fire from showing up. Wilderness has promised that we will have the place to ourselves and we want to make sure that is the case.

You're in the right proximity to carpool down in the Tundra. I bet Jim could be convinced to provide "trip down Guinea food" for one more. The truck discussion alone is worth the price of admission.

The meat processors at Wilderness are really quite good. You may want to consider having them do the surgery. Probably won't be covered by Obamacare, but then, what is?
