That's great, Joel. I've been on the Atkin's diet since November. Down to 198 with 3 more to go. Steaks and bacon work just fine on that plan, though.
I'll make sure your son goes to bed with his belly full. Let me know if he's as big as you so I can add another 4 people to the food head count.

By the way, to make it easier for Pat or Dan, I'll just grab steaks for the first night instead of assorted gourmet burgers to ease the time Pat spends at the grill. I just wrote the last part to insure Dan and Pat are there. I'll serve up what ever the majority prefers. Do all expect to be there by chow-time the first night? 630ish? negative may be running late this year

Congratulations on getting under 200, Bob. That is definitely a milestone. joel when did you last see 200 lbs? in 3rd grade? Well, believe it or not, I graduated HS at 212 pounds. So I'd say I last saw 200 pounds around my sophomore or Junior year.
