No way but, he could re run in 2020. No he can't, unless they repeal the Twenty-Second Amendment.

So weigh in now if you REALLY think Obama will still be Presudent at the end of his second term. under the Constitution, there is no way for king Hussein to serve a third consecutive term. On the other h and, he seems to be able to ignore the Constitution at will, no one challenges him, and frankly, if he did not leave office, who is going to arrest him?

Yes, he will still be President at the end of his second term, but he will not start a third term.

The 22nd Amendment has never been on more shakey ground than the present. If there is some national or international upheaval in the summer to fall of 2016, our D.I.C. and his staff might make a run at suspending the Nov. 2016 election until things "calm down". Otherwise it is too bold a play even for this one who despises the Constitution.

Can't imagine it. I think he'll respect the law and step down.
It won't be out of respect for the law, IMO, bud. I bet the POS just wants to take the perks without having to show up, as if it matters. He ain't 'served' one term, let alone a third...again, IMO.

Plus he's really gonna start to rake in the bucks on the lecture circuit ala Clinton and other past Prez's. Why would he want to stay on for his measly salary when he can make that in a couple of lectures.
I believe he's the worst president of my lifetime and perhaps ever, but that's because I believe in the Constitution and freedom. There's plenty of good lil brownshirts out there that think he's great.
but I just can't imagine him taking the step that no other prez since FDR has taken
course once upon a time I couldn't imagine the FED writing out 75-85 billion a month in our bond auctions either, so there's that you have to be kidding he has no respect for any law norm

Hillary has been tossed halfway under the bus by Obama and Co. When the time comes Obama and the MSM will finish the job toss her the rest of the way and destroy her. This will pave the way for Michelle Obama to take over and accept the Democrat Nomination for President.
One of the main reasons Obama was elected in 2008 was because of the young mindless first time voters. These young skulls full of mush wanted to be a "Part of History" and were pi$$ing all over themselves rushing to the voting booths to vote for the first Black President of the United States.
This worked in 2008 and it will work again in 2016 only with twice the force. These young skulls full of Mush along with the majority of women voters will again be pi$$ing all over themselves rushing to vote for the first Woman President of the United States and Black Woman to Boot.
Those that Love Obama will also be wet from the waist down as they will know that their beloved hero is still in charge and working side by side with his lovely bride. The "under the bus tossing" will go the other direction. The only way Hillary can save herself on the Benghazi fiasco is to say she couldn't take any action because she was waiting for approval from Oobie, who way playing cards and ignoring her calls. This is the only way I see where she could immunize herself on this subject.

Yep thanks for clearing that up, me forgot.
A government is the most dangerous threat to mans rights: it holds a legal monopoly on the use of physical force against legally disarmed victims.

What can I say? I really hope not.

His wife can run. He'll still be in the Whitehouse and calling the shots if she is elected.
Most people don't really want the truth.
They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.

So weigh in now if you REALLY think Obama will still be Presudent at the end of his second term. Who knows? Ten years ago who would have believed that a foreign communist would ever be elected as POTUS, much less twice.
The only thing worse than a liberal is a liberal that thinks they're a conservative.

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

I do believe he feels like he's in the White House for the long haul. The Constitution means absolutely nothing to him and this administration. He will do everything he can to stay. Whether it will work or not is up to anyone willing to take him out. So you think he will try, but probably fail?
